NoLo stands for no to low. The host picks the bar: no alcohol at all, or low percentage with fermented drinks, botanical tinctures, crisp ales and low-ABV wines.
Every glass gets fresh-pressed juice, herbs, bright garnish and a bartender who makes every pour worth watching. No neon syrups, no sad soda-and-lime.

Good to know.
What does "no to low" mean?
The host chooses for the event. A No bar is completely alcohol-free. A Low bar adds fermented drinks, botanical tinctures, crisp ales and low-ABV wines. Nothing we pour is heavy.
Can you put our logo on the drinks?
Yes. We can brand drinks with logos, monograms, names and photos. Send us your artwork when you book and we'll test it before the event.
Can you work alongside a full bar?
Yes. We can set up next to your venue's bartenders or your caterer so guests have every option in one place.
What's the difference between a cocktail and a cooler?
Cocktails are shaken or stirred and built like a classic drink. Coolers are tall, light and sparkling, made for sipping all afternoon in the Florida heat.
How much does a mocktail bar cost?
It depends on guest count, hours, menu and location. Send your details through the booking form and we'll send a custom quote.
Can you run a happy hour at our expo or trade show booth?
Yes. We set up a compact bar at your booth or in the hospitality lounge and pour for visitors during the show's happy hour. We can brand the drinks with your logo, customize the menu and name drinks after your products. We work within the venue's rules, so send us the exhibitor guidelines when you book.
What's included?
It depends on the beverage package you choose. Your quote spells out exactly what each package includes, so you only pay for what your event needs.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. Our bartenders are TIPS-certified in responsible alcohol service, and we provide a certificate of insurance (COI) based on your venue's requirements and the size of your event. Just let us know what your venue needs when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Weddings and peak season (November through April) book up early, so reach out as soon as you have a date. For smaller parties, a few weeks is usually fine.
